Little Darlings Nannies, Inc. identifies with working parents and their needs to have a flexible schedule. We offer candidate interviews 7 days a week as well during the evening.

We also offer the “Working Interview” for both client and nanny perspectives that wish to reaffirm their hiring decision. We have found that this process has been the best indicator of success for both family and nanny.

We refer highly qualified, English speaking, professional, poised and well-mannered nannies that will not only work hard to satisfy your child care needs, but also be a wonderful mentor and role model to your children. We offer background checks that include previous employment, DMV check, criminal and child offense verification.

We work to match each nanny with a family who will value her and what she can offer their children.

There is no fee to start your interview process. We will have you fill out a family application form in order for us to better understand your needs. Once we have this in place, we will initiate personalized and custom advertising for your family's needs.

We will also require a Child Care Referral Agreement form to be approved which protects the placement fee that we require once you should select a candidate. The placement fee is equal to one month salary, of which we can accept in installments if requested.
