Through her personal experience of hiring nanny care for her own premature twins in 2002, Connie Shadell realized how difficult it is to balance a demanding professional position with family life. She identified the tremendous opportunity to help other families fulfill their nanny needs.

Little Darlings Nannies, Inc. was formed as a nanny referral business, with a special and unique emphasis in upholding quality and personal service. The Founder and President has over 27 years of marketing, advertising and staffing experience, offering the perfect formula for a successful nanny referral service. She has held a VP Social Position with the Saddleback Valley Mothers of Multiples Club as well as being a member of Orange Coast Mothers of Multiples. This exposure has led to many clients with twins, triplets and quads - each family has special challenges and needs to say the least. Ms. Shadell takes pride in filling the needs of families with multiples as she has experienced first hand the demands, care and balance required in parenting multiples. Little Darlings Nannies, Inc. has helped many families with special needs, which we take great pride in.

Every candidate is personally interviewed by Connie Shadell, Little Darlings Nannies, Inc. does not refer candidates to our families unless the Founder her self is completely comfortable and satisfied with the caliber and standing of that candidate.
