There is no fee to our nannies. Families secure us to seek out qualified nannies that meet their individual needs. You are a direct hire to that family and are able to negotiate and control your salary and benefits.

Little Darlings Nannies, Inc. treats nannies with the same respect we offer families. We know that nannies are caring, intelligent and sensitive people with a lot to offer the children they care for.

We are always available for you if you need our support or advice. We will not encourage you to stay in a position that you are not happy with nor encourage you to accept a position that you are unsure of.

We do our best to screen potential families who do not respect their employees or identify warning signs of an unhealthy environment.

We seek out poised, professional, well-mannered, experienced, and reliable nannies. We request that you have at least 2 years or more of Child Care Experience along with references. College education and Twins experience is a plus. You must be articulate in the English language. Must have a valid Drivers License as well as be willing to go through a Background screening.
