A placement fee equal one month of the nanny's gross salary applies if you wish to hire, which we can accept in 3 installments if required. This fee covers Marketing for your specific needs, Background Search and Employment Guarantee. The nanny-family relationship should be mutually rewarding and satisfactory relationship for both parties. We encourage good communication between family and nanny as well as a family-nanny employment contract if necessary, however voluntary. The family hires the nanny as a direct hire for permanent placement if “job offered.” You have complete control over how you wish to pay the salary and the salary amount is agreed and negotiated between you and the nanny. Little Darlings Nannies, Inc. is strictly the referral agency and only refers the candidates. Nanny salary hourly ranges from $12-$15 per hour for live-out positions and may vary for live-in positions where the room, board and meals are included as part of the employment package. We offer Full-time, Part-time, Day, Night, Temp or “On Call” nanny services for both long-term and short-term placement if required. We have a selection of wonderful, very qualified nannies that are available on short notice to fulfill your temporary needs, whether it be for vacation, ill child at home from school, doctors appointments or to help staff your child care needs between permanent candidates. Our “On Call” nanny service is available for a flat fee of $25 per day, in addition to the nannies individual hourly rate for that particular shift. In order to initiate your search we require that you fill out a Family Application. This will help us better understand your needs as well as initiate a search for your criteria. Prior to an arranged interview we require that you Print our Child Care Referral Form (Acrobat Reader required), sign and Fax back to 949-340-3349.
